FAQ

Answers to what clients ask me most before we start working together. Don't see yours? Let's talk.

What does a Tech, Funnels, and Automation Specialist actually do?

I'm the behind-the-scenes tech partner for coaches and entrepreneurs. That means auditing your current systems, building and connecting your funnels, automating repetitive tasks, and making sure your CRM, course platform, and everything else actually talks to each other instead of working against you.

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on the scope. Team support starts at $1,500 per month for a fractional retainer and increases from there depending on how high-touch your business needs are, an Intensive starts at $2,500, and project-based work (like a single funnel build or launch support) starts at $250.

What's the difference between Team, Intensive, and Project-Based?

Team is ongoing monthly support for businesses that need a tech partner in their corner long-term. Intensive is a focused 1- to 3-day deep dive into your tech stack, funnels, and automations, built for when you need clarity and a plan fast. Project-Based is scoped, one-off work, like a launch, a funnel build, or a specific fix.

How long does a typical project take?

Each project is different, so timing varies. For a simple funnel build, once I have all of the necessary assets, I can typically build it out and have it fully tested and live in a day or two. For a more in-depth project, like a course launch, it's closer to a week or so.

What software/platforms do you work in?

I work across CRMs, funnel and course platforms, automation tools, and more, basically whatever your business is already built on. Some of my most-used tools include Keap, ConvertKit, Make.com, ThriveCart, and Typeform.

Do I need an existing CRM or funnel platform before working with you?

No. I can help you choose the right tools from scratch, or work within whatever you already have. Some clients come to me with a fully built-out stack that just needs cleaning up, others are starting from nothing.

What's the EASE Method?

It's the process I use on every project, no matter the size: Evaluate what's working and what's not, Automate the repetitive stuff off your plate, Streamline the tools that are overlapping or fighting each other, and Elevate as you grow.

Do you only work with coaches, or other businesses too?

Most of my clients are 6- and 7-figure coaches and online entrepreneurs, but the systems thinking applies anywhere a business runs on tech, funnels, and automation. If that’s you, let’s talk.

How do we get started?

Book a call and we'll talk through what's going on with your current systems and what kind of support makes sense.
