About
Hi, I’m Lindsey — tech, funnels, and automation specialist, coffee addict, beach chaser, and mom to Aidan, Corinne, and one very mighty Frenchie named Thor. ๐ถโ๏ธ๐
I’m also a Marquis Who’s Who Honored Listee (2024) and a Featured Speaker with the International Association of Career Coaches (IACC).
What I Do
Since 2017, I’ve been the behind-the-scenes tech partner for 6- and 7-figure coaches and entrepreneurs — the person they call when their systems are held together with duct tape and hope. I’ve built funnels, automated the busywork, and untangled tech stacks so my clients can focus on what they’re actually good at (their business, not their CRM).
Clients bring me in at every stage. Amy Yamada brought me on while scaling her coaching business toward seven figures, and I helped her bring “a whole new level of professionalism” to her company through organized systems. Valerie Fuentes needed her course launch to go smoothly — with attention to detail on the backend, it was “a stress-free experience.” And Shazia Imam summed it up best: “My launches have always been seamless — and I’m a perfectionist! Lindsey is the one you’ve been looking for… so just stop the search.”
Where the Systems Thinking Comes From
Before tech, I spent years as Executive Director of the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival, coordinating vendors, volunteers, logistics, and a few thousand attendees at once. I still serve on the festival’s board of directors today. Running something that big in real time taught me to think in full systems, not just individual tasks, and that’s the lens I bring to every client project: understand the whole operation first, then fix what’s actually broken.
A few of the skills that show up across both worlds:
- Automations
- WordPress
- CRM Systems
- Troubleshooting
- Technical Support
- Event Planning
- Event Management
How I Work: The EASE Method
Every project — whether it’s a 1- to 3-day Intensive or a full team engagement — follows the same process: Evaluate what’s working (and what isn’t), Automate the repetitive stuff off your plate, Streamline the tools that are overlapping or fighting each other, and Elevate as you grow. See how it works.
As Heard On
I’ve talked shop on a few podcasts about tech, systems, and building a business that doesn’t run you into the ground:
- The Burnt Out Entrepreneur — team dynamics, outsourcing, and building systems that don’t burn everyone out
- The Unforget Yourself Show (Spotify)
- S.E.X. | The Serg & Evelyn Experience — a double-date episode with my fiancรฉ, Matt

Why I Do This
I believe tech should be fun, not the thing standing between you and the next stage of your business. That’s the whole reason I do this. ๐๐ป๐
